Helping Pinetree Thrive
Pinetree Civic Association (PCA) is dedicated to the continuous improvement in the quality of life in our neighborhood. The neighborhood residential area surrounds Pinetree Country Club (PCC) and encompasses the PCC side of Ben King Road, Cherokee Street, Campus Loop Road and Shiloh Road neighborhood. This area contains approximately 500 homes. 120+ are members of Pinetree Civic Association.

Initiatives
Improvements
We work with many governmental agencies to address problems in the neighborhood. Examples of this include reporting road and other issues to the country via SeeClickFix and asking for No Parking Signs to be added to roads adjacent to KSU where students were parking on both sides of the street. The image above is an example of a pothole repair reported through SeeClickFix.
Support
We also support the community by working with Code Enforcement to report and monitor issues that are in violation of Cobb Country ordinances. We first try to work directly with the homeowner, only resorting to a formal complaint when this avenue fails.
