How to Join as a Member
We welcome all residents of Pinetree whether owners or renters! Please fill out the membership form so that we have your correct contact information and can keep you updated on the activities of the board and important information that may affect or interest you.
Looking for New Board Members
As we continue working to keep our neighborhood a wonderful place to live, we have an opportunity for you to get involved. One of our board members has recently concluded their term, and we are now looking for one to three new board members to join the Pinetree Civic Association (PCA) team.
The onboarding process - To make sure the board is a great fit for you, our process is straightforward:

· Attend a Board Meeting: Get familiar with our current activities and see how we operate. Meeting dates are posted on our website, but we typically meet on the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM in the board room at the Pinetree Country Club.

· Introduce Yourself: Be prepared to share a little bit about yourself, your background, and why you are interested in joining the PCA board.

· The Vote: Once you’ve attended a meeting and made a final decision that you'd like to join, just let us know. The current board will then hold a vote to officially welcome you as a new member.
